Dylan Hughes is a Legislative Issue Manager specializing in health care issues, namely public payer and workers' compensation. Prior to joining Stateside, Dylan served on the 2020 Census as a Lead Census Field Manager in northern Virginia. Hailing from Arizona, Dylan came to D.C. as a first-generation college student to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University. While at Georgetown, Dylan pursued Congressional internships in the House and Senate, as well as interning for the D.C. Council’s Labor and Workforce Development Committee, the Government Accountability Office, and the Social Security Advisory Board. When not reading legislation, Dylan enjoys reading obscure history and playing video games.
