Stateside Associates’ Information Services products, including legislative and regulatory monitoring, have always set the standard in the industry by having policy professionals generating customized summaries tailored to clients’ issue priorities. This unique approach elevates our results above those of keyword search firms by reducing the irrelevant results delivered to your inbox and focusing your attention on the bills, actions and information that is most important to you.
Continuing to deliver the highest quality legislative, regulatory and local monitoring, with the advantage of greater speed and a more stable platform is our commitment to our clients. In mid-2025, Stateside entered a partnership with Leadership Connect, a technology firm known for their government affairs connections system. This partnership, specific to monitoring services only, brings Leadership Connect’s technology expertise to rebuild a new platform on which we will compile the monitoring results for you.
Stateside’s analysts will continue to read, analyze and synthesize the monitoring results into customized summaries with accurate tags for your portal. Alerts can be still delivered at a schedule that works for you, individually or in bulk as you prefer. Additionally, we will continue to provide critical hearing alerts so you are aware of opportunities to engage or to follow the activity at important meetings.
The partnership between Stateside Associates and Leadership Connect will enhance the delivery of our monitoring results while keeping the unrivaled features that you value most.
What’s new: The new platform will look refreshed but functions essentially the same. It does open the opportunity for enhancements and one significant update is to the bill tagging system. The record number of bills in the 2025 legislative sessions uncovered an opportunity in our dual-tagging system: a process of using two unique sets of tags – one for clients’ use and one for Stateside’s internal use. To overcome the challenges created by the dual tagging system, we’re offering a streamlined process where everyone uses the same tags, resulting in faster processing of alerts. Read more here.
What’s next: We are currently testing and working with the developers on the beta version of the site. Stay tuned for more information on our internal beta testing of the updated platform’s functionality. We’ll also keep you informed on when you’ll be able to join a meeting for a demonstration.
