ARLINGTON, VA, NOVEMBER 30, 2022 - Stateside Associates, the largest state and local government affairs firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Reich to Senior Vice President.
In her current role as Vice President of State and Local Issues, Reich oversees Stateside's Legislative Division and Local Government Monitoring Practice. In her new role, she will continue elevating the firm's information service offerings, expand her consulting work and play an integral part in the firm's infrastructure funding advisory services, providing state and local procurement and strategy support.
With over 15 years of corporate government relations and public service experience, Reich brings unique expertise and an extensive network to Stateside clients.
"Stephanie is a proven leader here at Stateside and has been truly instrumental in overhauling our operations over the last year but also demonstrating real leadership within the company," said Michael Behm, Stateside's Co-Chief Executive Officer.

A licensed attorney for over two decades, Reich has been focused on finding strategic ways to better communities even amid the complex layers of national, state, and local rules.

Before joining Stateside, Reich held several executive support roles, including serving as a Chief of Staff in the Executive Office of the Mayor of D.C. at the Department of Employment Services, the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, and Chief of Staff to Linda W. Cropp, Chairwoman of the D.C. Council.
Reich is an active member of Women in Government Relations and Business Journals Leadership Trust, an invitation-only business network membership organization for business executives. She holds an undergraduate degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany. She also has a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Master of Public Policy from American University.
