Michael McGrath serves as Senior Project & Operations Coordinator at Stateside Associates, supporting the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs & Strategic Growth and the firm's Extended Workforce program. He coordinates operations across client projects and policy initiatives spanning multiple states.

Prior to joining Stateside, Michael served as Director, Office of the President at Campaign Legal Center. He previously served as Chief of Staff at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. At Volunteers of America, Michael advanced through three promotions over six years to Director, Office of the President.

Michael holds a B.A. in Communication from George Mason University and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. He is based in Washington, DC with his dog Myles.
