Andrew joins us with 12 years of experience in business development.  He has a deep passion and experience in partnering and supporting local businesses—including restaurants, caterers, meal prep services, and nonprofits—throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Much of his time was spent on the road building new business relationships. He especially enjoyed mentoring, training, and developing new market development representatives. Throughout his career, Andrew was recognized with several business development honors, including the Pacesetter Award and Winner’s Circle Award. He has also held roles in operations and worked in banking as a fraud investigator.

Andrew lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife and two children. He enjoys family time, hiking, camping, and relaxing at the beach or along the Chesapeake Bay.  Andrew thrives in high-energy environments, values hard work, and finds purpose in engaging with others authentically.
