Louisiana 3/29/2025 Judiciary Amendment 1 This amendment would provide the Louisiana Supreme Court with original jurisdiction to discipline out-of-state lawyers and allow the state legislature to establish trial courts with limited or specialized jurisdiction, such as business courts, through a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate. Failed
Louisiana 3/29/2025 Tax Policy Amendment 2 This amendment would reduce the maximum income tax rate; increase income tax deductions for individuals 65 and older; establish a government growth limit; and provide a permanent increase to teacher salaries by requiring a surplus payment to teacher retirement debt. Failed
Louisiana 3/29/2025 Judiciary Amendment 3 This amendment would allow the state legislature to determine which felony crimes can result in a juvenile being tried as an adult. Failed
Louisiana 3/29/2025 Elections Amendment 4 This amendment would require judicial vacancies to be filled in a special election at the earliest available date pursuant to state law, and require the elections to held at the next gubernatorial or congressional election if the election is within 12 months of the date the vacancy occurred.. Failed
Wisconsin 4/1/2025 Elections Question 1 This amendment would add a requirement to the state constitution to mandate a valid photo identification to vote and would allow the state legislature to define what qualifies as a valid photo identification and provide exceptions to the requirement. Approved
California 11/4/2025 Elections Proposition 50 This measure would authorize temporary use of new congressional district maps drawn by the state's legislature through 2030 and directs the state's independent Citizens Redistricting Commission to resume enacting congressional district maps in 2031. Approved
Maine 11/4/2025 Elections Question 1 This referendum would change Maine election laws to eliminate two days of absentee voting, prohibit requests for absentee ballots by phone or family members, end ongoing absentee voter status for seniors and people with disabilities, ban prepaid postage on absentee ballot return envelopes, limit the number of drop boxes, and require voters to show certain photo ID before voting. Failed
Maine 11/4/2025 Firearms Question 2 This referendum would allow courts to temporarily prohibit a person from having dangerous weapons if law enforcement, family, or household members show that the person poses a significant danger of causing physical injury to themselves or others. Approved
Texas 11/4/2025 Taxes Proposition 2 This amendment would prohibit the state from taxing people or businesses on profits or potential profits from capital assets. It would eliminate a franchise tax on business trusts. Approved
