Marshall began at Stateside as a Regulatory Associate in September 2022. A native of California and Georgia, Marshall earned his bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minor in Political Science from the University of Georgia. While in college, he involved himself with local civic organizations and performed original biochemical research. Marshall also interned with the Council for Responsible Nutrition and the Institute for Justice. There, he tracked and analyzed incoming or existing public policy at all levels of government and assisted with the process of direct advocacy. When he isn't working, Marshall loves to spend time with friends and family, exercise, cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs, and interrupt the naps of his cat, Bell.
