The Department of the Environment will hold a public hearing May 14 regarding
its proposed rule for the administration and implementation of CO2 allowance
auctions required under the proposed CO2 Budget Trading Program rule, which

The Senate Committee on Business, Industry and Jobs will meet May 12 to discuss
S.F. 481, which requires the state to adopt California's low emissions vehicle

MISSOURI
The State Constitution provides that the last day the General Assembly may vote
on any legislation will be May 16. All bills not passed by both chambers by
this date will automatically be tabled and will not receive further consideration.
Bills that have passed both chambers will be finalized and prepared to be sent
to Governor Matt Blunt (R). The General Assembly is scheduled to adjourn Sine

The Assembly Committee on Environment and Solid Waste Committee will meet May
12 to discuss A.B. 2070, which provides tax credits towards the corporate business
tax, gross income tax and other taxes for developers and owners who design and

15 to discuss S.B. 1557, which would establish a mandate for health care coverage
