Selecting in-state professionals to support an advocacy program is one of the most critical decisions a state issues manager confronts. Since 1988, Stateside Associates has been assisting clients by providing referrals to state lobbyists, grassroots consultants, public relations experts and legal counsel. Stateside Associates' LOBBY USA NETWORK™ features hundreds of lobbyists and other public affairs professionals from all fifty states. All LOBBY USA NETWORK™ referrals are made by senior state government relations professionals. All referrals are based solely on professional considerations. Client preferences are determined in advance and professionals are selected for referral based on a current assessment of capabilities, conflicts, capacity, issue expertise and style. All firms are reviewed for compliance with ethics laws and lobbying restrictions. Clients may choose to contract with referred professionals directly or take advantage of additional services available through Stateside Associates. Multiple professional referrals per state are provided for a fixed fee. Stateside Associates is not a brokerage and does not require or permit referred professionals to share fees or provide commissions in return for referrals. No free services are solicited as a condition of receiving referrals.
