Selecting in-state professionals to support issue management or
government sales programs is one of the most critical decisions
an issue manager confronts. Stateside treats that decision with
the respect that it deserves and considers all factors before making
referrals.
We Are Issue Managers
Stateside professionals work with state
and local lobbyists every day. We understand that lobbyists have
strengths and weaknesses and use "first-hand" experience
to direct clients to lobbyists and other professionals best suited
to their needs and management style.
Only experienced Issue Managers (firm Principals and Managers)
make referrals. This is not a job for beginners!
We Have Worked in All Fifty States
Stateside has referred, hired and managed lobbyists in all fifty
states. Since 1988, this has been a core service at Stateside. The
firm has established protocols for pre-qualifying lobbyists (every
lobbyist is re-qualified for every potential referral). Stateside
also educates clients about how to interview, retain and manage
lobbyists.
We Provide Referrals to Many Professionals
Stateside Associates refers clients to lobbyists, attorneys, public
relations professionals and grassroots experts in all fifty states.
The LobbyUSA Network
Stateside maintains regular communications with over 400 state
lobbying firms and other professionals via the LobbyUSA
Network. Lobbyist firms pay no fee to participate in this "open"
network, but keep Stateside updated about their practices and clients.
In return, Network firms receive regular Stateside reports and other
information. Referrals are not limited to members of the LobbyUSA
Network.
