Your State and Local Government Specialists
Regulatory Publication Tracking

The Regulatory Publication Tracking service alerts clients to regulatory activity based on published notices in state registers and websites. It is an excellent “starter” service for organizations that want to be aware of regulatory activity, but which cannot invest the resources necessary for a more robust Regulatory Forecasting or Monitoring program.

Relevant actions are identified by Regulatory Counsel, staff attorneys who review all source materials first hand and draft concise reports to clients that are communicated via email.

Stateside Associates' Regulatory Publication Tracking includes:

  • Customized reports filtered for relevance to the client.
  • Coverage of all publicly available information, not just registers.
  • Weekly reports featuring a description of the regulatory action and a link to the text of the posting or register notice (if available).
  • Email Alerts sent to as many individuals as you prefer.
