Groups Program Management

The National Conference of State Legislatures, National Association of Counties, National Governors Association and Environmental Council of the States are examples of “Groups” -- associations of state and local officials.

“Groups” are hubs of communications among state and local government officials. They are also policymakers and lobbyists for their constituencies. And, their meetings represent opportunities to educate and motivate policymakers and build sustained professional relationships.

Many professionals are unfamiliar with all the Groups that might be important to their programs and many are uncertain about how to incorporate Groups into their Issue Management programs. Since 1988, Stateside Associates has been helping clients plan and manage their work with Groups.
